Beginner Buttercream Cake Decorating class

Join us in creating this beautiful spring buttercream cake!

In this class students will learn the basics of cake decorating. Each student will receive their own set of 3 pre-baked cake layers. For this class we will be using funfetti cake layers and buttercream frosting. Students will learn how to make their own buttercream as well as the inns and outs of filling, crumb coating, and frosting their cakes as well as lots of piping techniques. We will provide you with various decorations and sprinkles. Students will follow the instructor step-by-step to fulfill the theme design for this class. Cakes will be boxed up for you to bring home at the end of the class.

All cakes, icing and decorating supplies are provided for you, you may bring an apron to protect your clothing if you desire. 

There will be a 10 person class limit for this class. Class will be led by Rachel Migliorino.
